Value range 2010 16' Sport

I'm having difficulty forming even a ballpark value for my 2010 Sport 16'. NADA puts the value at ~13,500 -that seems WAY low - but I can't find any recent sales ANYWHERE to establish a reasonable selling price.

My unit is is in good shape, but not showroom stock; I've made mods to suit my needs, so I will not command top dollar - but I need a range to consider.

Without seeing pictures or knowing the actual condition of your 16' Airstream, I would just assume it is in average shape with
Normal wear and tear. I have looked for the 16' A S Sport for a few years but they are rare. The price range that I found in
that category fan around $20K to $25K. Just my opinion of course and what I have seen. Time of year that you sell is also
