Curious to know if a very lightly used 2016 FC 25RB is worth $62K? Thanks.

Thats probably in the ball park. We paid less than that for our two year old 2014 25FB when we purchased it, but new AS prices are inflating and used prices are following them up. Negotiate and hope for the best

Look at it this way. A new one is $89K MSRP. They can generally be bought for 20% off. That is around $70K. That is starting to get close to the asking price of your used 2016. Depending on condition I would start off offering $48K and negotiate from there.

16 will have the ducted air (vs a ‘12 or ‘13). Game changer for reducing noise level in the trailer.

For a 16 I am thinking 70-72% of msrp is probably market value.
