Value for 2004 Safari 25

Would like to know if anyone has experience with this model? NADA and some other "comps" would place the price much lower, but the owners are asking $39K. Many upgrades, well maintained (at the factory). Has a large corner bed, and pull out sofa...no panoramic windows. Thanks in advance for any advice.

Think it’s worth much less. But it’s whatever the market will bear. Maybe mid 20’s?

Have traveled a ways to look at this trailer. It's super clean, has been well cared for and no flaws that I can see. Anyone have any additional advice on what a reasonable counter to the asking price would be?

I assume the trailer in question is the one in the classifieds. It is a beautiful looking trailer. If it is as nice as it sounds. I would expect it to bring around 30k.
