Saying Goodbye to my 1977 27' Overlander

Hello all! I am having a hard time figuring out how much to sell my '77 Overlander for. It is completely vintage and was in great shape when I purchase it. Since, it has suffered some underbelly damage and recently a tree branch fell on it and dented the exterior. It punctured through to the inside. For reference, it will be sold in Washington where it is currently located.

Anyone have recommendations for how to figure out the value after damage? Here are some pictures of its current conditions if anyone has suggestions for pricing.

I might suggest you get it appraised. The body damage is very expensive to repair. The belly pan not as much. But there is so much that needs inspected in an old Overlander that it is impossible to do a rough appraisal on 4 pictures.

I have a 75 Overlander that has been renovated. Everything works, everything is solid. New tires, new axles, new brakes, frame repaired, subfloor repaired, new belly pan, new plumbing, new waste water tanks, new appliances, etc, etc. It would appraise over 30k judging from comparables in the Airstream Classifieds.
