Price of a Recent Used AS 30 Classic

In the last two days, I've seen two ads on AS Classifieds each for a barely used 2017 AS 30 Classic, one around $112K and the other around $117K. According to AS's website, the MSRP of a new 2018 AS 30 Classic is $140K, and that by doing one's homework and shopping around, one can fairly easily buy a new AS at a discount of 20% off MSRP. Given these figures, one should be able to buy a new 2018 AS 30 Classic somewhere around 80% of $140K, which equals $112K. It would appear as if these sellers may have some difficulty in obtaining their respective asking price. Each does have additional equipment for sale in the deal, but what am I missing here?
