Need help? found A/S

There has been a older A/S that has been sitting at a retirement apartment for a while. luckily under cover. just this week It was moved to the back part of the parking lot. It is a smaller one maybe a 16-18 ft. single axle. It has the double door( large with the small one for ventalation) It looks in real good shape.

The question: What would be the best way to find the owner and approch about purchasing it. This apartment building has about 50 or so tenents. It is a secure building( my wife used to delever newspapers there)
Any ideas about it???

I don't have any really creative ideas for you. You could leave a note on it, look up the owner based on the license plate or serial number, or if it has big red numbers on each end you could look it up in the WBCCI roster. The apartment manager might know, or just keep asking around - someone will know unless the owner is a hermit!

Bingo! dmac hit it! Check with the manager. He'll probably know not only who it belongs to, but will take you to their apartment tring to get it out of his parking lot!
