Need appraisal in Las Vegas for insurance

My insurance carrier will not increase the stated value of my 2015 LandYacht after my solar/lithium/remodel (at Ultimate Airstreams) without an appraisal. The trailer is currently in Las Vegas. Can anyone recommend an appraiser in that area?

Jim has attended many airstream rallies.

I had him appraise both of my airstreams.
I emailed him tons of pictures and filled out a form he sent me.
He was very prompt in getting back to me.
I then forwarded the appraisal to my insurance agent.

I second Jim Polk. He is well known and well respected by insurance companies. Our insurance company took his appraisal of our renovated '72 at his value for agreed upon insurance value. His appraisal was 20something pages long and very detailed.

Yes, Jim Polk appraised our 1964 Airstream Sovereign 30' and wrote an excellent appraisal report accepted by our RV insurance carrier (for a value higher than the purchase price we negotiated). His expertise is in aluminum vehicles such as private jet aircraft (Gulfstreams, Lear, etc.) and Airstream trailers (2/3rds of his appraisals).

If he cannot come onsite where your trailer is in Nevada (he's based in Santa Barbara), he may be able to do an accurate appraisal if you provide clean detailed 360 degree photos, purchase description details, etc.

He'll do a great job!
