Welcome to the Forums. Try looking at Craigslist, and especially any of those 3rd party programs that allow you to search all of craigslist at once. You will definitely find many gutted trailers for sale. In general (and in my opinion), the longer trailers (like you have) are less in demand than the shorter, cuter ones, and don't demand as high of a price. Similarly, a gutted trailer, which does not have any of the interior components left, is worth less than one with the interior parts intact. At least your interior "skins" are still in place.
You will probably find that people are asking anywhere from $1000 to $5000 for a trailer like yours (this doesn't mean they actually get what they are asking). It will depend on your local market whether anyone is willing to pay that much, though. One of the forums members was considering buying a gutted trailer of approximately the size of yours but without interior skins. Asking price was $4k, but I don't think I would have taken on that project if the trailer was free!
The title is another issue. If you don't have one, then technically, you don't own the trailer. So I would recommend you get that situation resolved up front. It can get pretty convoluted (and potentially expensive).
Good luck!
