looking for information on flying cloud 2014 23 D

Hello, I am a returning forum member looking at a flying cloud 2014 23 D model for sale in Virginia. the asking price is $44,500. I will be meeting with the owner this weekend to tour the trailer. I would love your thoughts on the pricing, or any thing you could share about this camper. When looking at Kelly blue book rv for this model it shows pricing for a one axle. Ill be looking at two axles. How does a flying cloud stack up to say an international? I apologize if this post is in the wrong category, I would appreciate guidance on that too! thanks!
