Not really. He's taken out the interior furnishings and interior skins. While that's time-consuming, it's much less "hard work" than putting together all the systems (plumbing, 120V electrical, 12V electrical and propane) and building a nice interior, putting new axles/bearings/brakes, finding and sealing all the leaks and potential leaks the seller knows nothing about because he has the trailer parked under a shed in an arid place, etc. Demo seems like a huge task at the time, but it's a small fraction of the work involved, and demands a miniscule fraction of the skill required to actually complete the project.
