Hail Dents

I am in the process of restoring a 62 safari. I have removed the old plywod floor and insulation and replace with new. I have also completed the first cut on the polishing. It was hailed on the other night, (golf ball size) most of the damage was confined to the top panel. and the very top of the end caps. What does this do to the value? Is it worth replacing or do I live with the new beauty marks? Thanks Dan
