Fair price for a 2000 30' Excella?

Found a 2000 Excella in what appears to be excellent condition. New tires, batteries, flooring, etc. The individual is asking $20,900 which seems to be lower than most I've found on the internet. He said he has some room on the price, so I'm just curious what a fair price is. NADA shows it at $11K, but I understand that isn't real world value. Thanks for your input, this is my first post on here and hopefully won't be my last if I can get this one bought!

The only way to find a fair price is to compare. The classifieds in the Forums are not a bad source to do that, at least asking prices.

And I always say that a fair price is what a willing buyer will pay, and a willing seller will sell for. Do your research and don't look back.

Based on what we paid for ours after considerable research, I'd say that's a great price for a top condition unit. Go For It! Life's too short as it is.

A fair price is simply one that a buyer and seller agree to. What the NADA says is worthless as are prices listed on the internet or on the Airforum classifieds. While those prices provide some guidelines, the bottom line is what's it worth to me as a buyer and what will the seller let it go for. Anything else is so much BS.
