Fair market value in 2021

My husband and I have reviewed all our options and have determined that we can no longer tow our beloved "Dream Stream".

We begin the process of selling our 2019 Globetrotter. What types of data should we have in order to help buyers in their search process? Is there a site or published document where we can access that will help determine the fair market value? What key determinants help the sales process?

At least during the "high season" this summer, prices went absolutely nuts on all RV's, not just AS products. If your trailer is "ready to go" folks seemed to be willing to pay MSRP for the trailer when new. Did they actually do that? I find it very hard to believe.

Traditional advice on a "modern" trailer would be to list at 20% off MSRP ( back when it was new, not current MSRP) and negotiate from there.
