eBay - Good $ to you?

I occasionally scan eBay for '67 Overlanders just to keep up with what my pride-and-joy is worth in case something should happen to it.

This Overlander just sold for more money than I thought it would since it has no oven.

Do you have an opinion on what it sold for?

Thanks,
Tom

Well some one thought it was worth $6700.02.some think it's worth $3000.00 if somebody thinks it's priceless they pay the price.I sold my 63 split window vette for 29,900 I only paid $4000.oo for it. drove it daily ,no fixing it up and was shocked I got 29,900.00at the auction in Jacksonville Fl. so I guess it was a good price foe the overlander for some one. rember beauty is in the eye of the beerholder..

Polished always brings more, as it cost most of that to have it polished.

Suddenly that pile of antique aluminum I pay storage on every month seems like a better deal than I thought.

There is a buyer for everything. This trailer looked good with the polish job and the inside looked good as well. Those items go a long way,. I would have not gone that high on this unit because of the many issue it has. Since I boodock most of the time, I would need a gas fridge as well as a heater. The A/C unit and the axels are issues as well. The buyer has been an ebay buyer for 30 days and has spent around $30 on 3 items to date. It might be back again.....
