Buyer Help: '72 Airstream Globetrotter Price

I am in the initial stages of considering purchasing an airstream. I am looking at a 1972 Airstream Globetrotter. I need some guidance on a reasonable price to pay.

These are the specs:
New upholstery and curtains.
New linoleum flooring.
Remodeled bathroom with new fixtures.
New propane hot water heater.
New composite plumbing lines.
New black water tank.
New Power Max power supply.
New fuse panel.
New axle, bearings, brakes, and tires.
Aluminum propane tanks with new valves.
20 gallon water tank with new pump.
Air conditioning/Portable electric heater.
Under belly spare tire.
Retractable awning.
Retractable door steps.
Working locks with new keys.
Propane, water, and electric all tested and operational. Body in good shape except for dent in front pan as shown.

Any thoughts and guidance on what would be a reasonable price is much appreciated!

Hard to say without seeing it, or at least some pictures. Here's some good reading to get you started:

Here are a few pictures of the airstream. I'll post more as well. Please let me know your thoughts on cost. Also, anyone know of someone who could help with an appraisal in southern california?
