Asking s selling price

Looking to buy 19 Bambi 2004-2008. I see asking prices from 23000 to 30000+.
Generally speaking how much less than asking do they go for? What have you actually paid for one recently?

We recently(feb) sold our 2011 19 FC for $36k, it was in excellent condition, new tires, upgraded roller shades, teak bath mat, ss w/h door, full awning package.
There is a 2010 19 FC currently listed in our Clist for $35k (i think).
