Hello,
We have a beautiful 2004 International Signature 28 foot CCD trailer that we've been using it as a guest house on our rural Northern California property. Unfortunately the county is forcing us to "put it in storage" because it is illegal to "inhabit" a trailer in our area. We are super sad about this turn of events and reluctantly must sell as it is not financial viable for us to keep such a valuable asset in storage.
It is road registered and fully functional. Working everything, and gorgeous new upholstery. Probably needs new tires at some point soon. We've never used the awning. We pulled it out when we purchased it 2 years ago and I believe there is a rip. Some of the window screens are separating a bit from the frame--would be nice to put in new screens at some point, but nothing super urgent. Exterior is in great shape. No big dings.
I'm curious what technical information I should detail in the listing. I am the most familiar with the interior and everyday use aspects of the airstream. My husband and father in law have more info on any specific technicalities so this is a group effort.
Also curious what you think is a good price for this airstream. They don't make the signature anymore but the new pottery barn trailer with the exact same layout is $165,000.
Thanks in advance,
Lauren
