Hello all,

I have a deposit on a unit in Florida that a dealer will sell to me for $56,970.00. This equates to $61,000 out the door after tax, tags and title etc ...

It's a base unit in that the only thing it has installed is the awning package. Other than that, it's a single AC, bone stock unit.

I've scoured the classifieds and I've looked at various years of Nada Guides.

Based on what I'm seeing, this price seems quasi reasonable, but I've had a few folks suggest it's high.

Any suggestions for better determining value?
