2010 airstream international 19 - what is a fair price?

I'd like to get your opinion on a a fair price for a 2010 airstream international 19. Is 40-45% off original MSRP seem like a fair price for a 7 year old trailer? Originally, it was 52k, and I was thinking trying to keep the around 30k. This will be my first AS purchase.

I suggest that the price will depend very much on the condition of the trailer. Also, the present list price for a comparable trailer may have more relevance than the original purchase price.

It is not easy to find a good used 19' for sale so what the seller thinks is a fair price may not be the same as what you would like to pay.

The smaller Airstreams are harder to find so they hold their value pretty well.
