2008 Classic 30 Slide-out

Testing the waters.. original owner 2008 Classic 30' S/O Limited. Took delivery late October 2007.

Factory options:
Electric/hydraulic brake system
15k Btu A/C
Queen bed
Power stabilizers
(2) rain-sensing Fantastic fans
Corian counters
Gas/electric water heater
Hickory cabinetry
Water filtration system

Many tastefully done upgrades:
16" aluminum wheels.
Stainless vent cover, furnace cover
Chrome power plug
Wired rear camera
just to list a few

All original docs in Airstream satchel.

Excellent condition, albeit family used for the last 11 years. Meticulously maintained, with comprehensive log.
I'd detail the few minor blemishes and all the Jackson Center work done (all service work done there) if/when I were to list it.

Very little filiform. Slide gasket/seals were rebuilt at the factory under warranty. No leaks.

I see pricing on ~2008 big Classics, but the S/O option definitely makes this a collectors item.

I'm wondering what the Airstream community appraisers think?

Not sure but I've seen some strong prices for non slide models that from a gut feeling I bet I could put mine on the market for what I paid in 2010 and not be far off.

I have not kept a file of classified prices and definitely not an appraiser.

My guess is $40k to $45k retail. There are plenty of the 30s and 34 slide out models out there and even some 28' Safari slide outs from around the same vintage.

Keep in mind this is what one would expect to pay at a dealer for an 11 year old trailer. Private seller in all likelihood would yield same or lower.

Nothing collectable here, just a fine slide out Airstream trailer.
