That's too high! Plus it will cost a lot to repair and who knows how bad it's leaked. I'd keep looking.

repair costs for this??

How much to repair?? I did not consider water damage. Is that common with exterior damage like this??

I'd consider this major damage too. Not taking the lower side creases into account, you're looking at multiple segment replacement plus any underlying damage(s) to get things back to original. This isn't a project for the average DIY'er. Here's recent thread on an older unit that had similar damage.

If It were me I'd probably look elsewhere.

Too much. I got my 2004 28 Safari (yes there is a difference in quality) for WAY less and it was in mint conidtion. I'd get it inspected buy a pro than make a offer.
