2004 22' International CCD Value?

Possibly for sale from the estate of my late brother
In nearly pristine condition, except for minor hail damage from a 2009 storm (see photo). After storm, his insurance paid $17k as a “total loss” due to what would have been expense to repair hail damage (salvage title?).
Has been on this site for 9 years (not towed), as guest house/lake cabin.
What might this be worth today? Thanks for any guidance.

Not officially for sale “yet.” This post was to get an idea what it might bring considering the minor hail damage (see pics). At the time, the insurance co. said it would cost more to repair than it’s market value. You’re the first reply to this thread. Once the value is determined, we will then probably post on AS Classifieds. Other than hail issue, it’s pristine. Thanks.

You might do a search of this thread for "salvage title" and related discussions on this forum.

Hello- I realize this post is almost a year old, but I was wondering if this ever sold. I grew up in Fairfax, OK and plan to be there the beginning of June for the dances. This is exactly the airstream that I am looking for. Please let me know if this is available.
