1970 Caravanner value?

I want to sell a 1970 Caravanner, anyone have an idea what I should ask? thanks. Condition is vg, the only change is the sofa.

I've seen two 70-71 Caravanners for sale online recently - one at a dealer in Ohio, one on Craigslist in York PA, if I remember right.

The one at the dealer looked like a steal at $2000, while the other one was $4000. It's a cool floor plan, but too bad I'm not quite in the market for a 25' right now...

Link to my 1970 is above. Bought it from my Great Aunt and Uncle many years ago. All appliances work, new water heater. AC does not work and has been removed in anticipation of new unit. Recent baby has stimied plans.
