1967 ambassador help with fair buying price

I have found a 1967 Ambassador with everything original except a 110 only larger refer. Only soft spot I can find in the floor is in bath,

Everything works but has iot been used in over ten years. Shell actually lookws pretty shiney.

Has just made a 5 hour pull from another location with no issues.

Being a newby is $3500 a fair price?

Price doesn't sound bad, but the description of the trailer sounds like it has not had any rennovation done to it (it is practically a "field find"), meaning that it needs (almost literally) everything, so keep that in mind as you work your budget.

Rear floor rot is a BIG problem with older trailers. That soft spot in the floor could be a major renovation.
