1962, 19'

I bought a 1962, 19' Airstream about 15 years ago as a project to fix up some day. I have removed the inside skins and have it about ready to remove the body. So it is all striped down. Our situation has changed and we will not have a need for it so I'm wondering what it might be worth in its current stripped down condition. Anyone have any idea? I'm in Sarasota Florida.
Thanks
Mick

Welcome to the Forums!

Well, you have a desirable trailer in extremely poor condition (I personally do not consider a trailer that has been gutted more attractive than one that is still in one piece, but as-found). Please post some pictures of the exterior so we can better appraise.

That being said, I just read a thread where a guy was willing to pay $10k for a really beaten 70's era Argosy, so I guess prices are crazy inflated, even for trailers in really poor condition.

Anyway, another resource is to look at eBay completed listings and see if you can find some trailers similar to yours, and see what they actually sold for.

good luck!

Thanks for that. I'll try to get some pictures on here soon. The exterior is all in tact. Original door and windows good and I don't think really any damage to exterior aluminum. All interior aluminum is good too but not cabinets or any interior fixtures.
