Hello all!
Trying to find my bearings in the value of vintage trailers and am a bit overwhelmed.
*Link below*
I came across a
1960 24' Tradewind that appears to be up and running (all systems operating and towable) with the exception of the potable water-
"Can be hooked directly to city water. Original tanks is still in place but has been bypassed for city water use. Gas water heater works well."
How does that price shake out from what you sage folks know? Looking at a few vintage pricing guides it would seem like $3,900-7,000 would be more appropriate?

Thank you all for your time!
