The plumbing and electrical are all rebuilt, the subfloor is rebuilt as well as a new bamboo floor, the trailer has the original bathroom minus the toilet. The trailer is so sweet and we have loved it for the past ten years yet it is not our calling to fix it up more. How much do you think we should ask for it on Craislist? Thank you for your attention. I wouldn't presume to advise you on price, but I *WOULD* suggest that you advertise it for sale on the AIRForums classifieds as well as craigslist. I suspect you'll get a higher percentage of serious inquiries from the AIRForums readers, and AIRForums classifieds are also free.
That's not to say there aren't serious buyers on craigslist, I bought il Carriaggio from a craigslist seller, but it seems like there are many people who think "everything is negotiable" is the same as "everything is only worth 50% of the asking price."
