1955 26' Cruiser/Overlander??

Hey everyone! So I'm new to the forum and I am motivated to buy this trailer I stumbled upon. I have a background in. I have a background in custom design and build furniture, I've even used aluminum airplane wings to make tables... I say all that to let you know I'm capable of performing all the work myself. My question is what is the most I should consider paying for this trailer? I know it's a 1955 26' Cruiser with the whale tail inside and out made in California. It has some dents and the interior is gutted except for the lockers hanging from the ceiling.

The purchase price is actually unimportant. But if you have joy in it, take it for 2 to 3 thousand ..?!?

Thanks Cruiser6483, I plan to do a quick clean up so I can drive it south. We are moving from Alaska to California and was going to buy an enclosed trailer but for the same price I can get this and then do a full renovation in California.
