I may be wrong ( I remember one time I was) but NADA pricing seems to me to used to determine what a bank will loan, not what the real world prices are. Maybe they want the buyer to have plenty of skin in the game. Remember, I may be wrong but their pricing doesn't seem to be close to transaction pricing. NADA pricing was discussed in general on another thread, not for a specific model.

Hopefully you're NOT wrong! I agree with you as to the NADA price quotes -- must be what someone can get on a loan. I hope so, anyway!

I'm asking $29,900. with a little room for negotiation. Does that seem like a fair and equitable price for a very well-maintained unit?
