Where to post “for sale” ad for 2020 Globetrotter 23FBT
COVID upended a lot of our plans, and subsequent health issues have led us to the decision to sell our 2020 Globetrotter 23 FBT (twin). I know about the Airstream classifieds, but have also had RV Trader recommended as well as Craig’s list. For those of you who have experience selling, what has been your experience with these three ad platforms? Do you recommend one over another or simply post on all three?
Also recommendations for best source for pricing? Is NADA the most accurate?
Thanks for your guidance and responses.

Where to post “for sale” ad for 2020 Globetrotter 23FBT
I have only sold once. I posted on RV trader and airstream classifieds. The latter drove activity with all of the serious buyers.
Sample size of 1 for what it is worth.
I will say that producing high quality marketing in support of the sale made the difference.
Here is the marketing piece I put together to yield top dollar. It worked - got exactly what I anticipated to be the sale price after negotiation.

Please note that NADA prices are artificially low as they are based on other than airstream trailers. In other words, cheap junk. Compare prices on airstream classified ads as a better starting point.
NADA prices are a joke.

Totally agree. I priced mine based on comps in airstream classifieds. Good call out.

I listed on all 3 and received calls from all 3. Trailer sold in less than 24 hours.
Based also on comps from Airstream classifieds.

Airstream marketplace.
I just sold my 2016 FC 25’ FBT. I listed on RV TRADER ($200), Facebook market place, airstream marketplace (AMP), and air forums classifieds. Air marketplace was far and away the best platform and had buyers who knew what they were looking for. Someone on forum classifieds saw my add and suggested I check out AMP, saying they had sold their trailer there in three days. Similar experience for me as well. I had at least 4 disappointed shoppers waiting to hear when the purchase was ratified. Had some interest on the other platforms but in my experience, AMP was the best.
Sorry you are having to sell, I miss mine already. Another day.

If I am buying, which we did two weeks ago, my #1 source is Airstreamclassifieds, next is Airstream Addicts. Airstream Hunter as well, though my experience was more of those listings were older than what I was looking for. Just a buyer’s perspective.

AS a buyer I found RV Trader the best to look and receive alerts from. Their site lets you drill down to exactly what you want to see. Again, that's just me.

Many thanks! We're now listed on Airstream Classifieds to start:)
Thanks to all who gave us guidance and good advice! I did get an ad posted to Airstream Classifieds just now, although my photos still didn't want to maintain the formatting and stay upright...I'm technologically challenged .
Onward to post on the other venues mentioned!
Many thanks.
