Whats it worth 57'

Would appreciate any knowledge on what a 57' Caravaner (21 ft.) is worth?
She is completely gutted, no electrical....wires are existing but not connected, no interior or exterior light, no running lights, no brake lights, body is in excellent condition for the year, tires are dry rotted, under carriage is in good shape, no interior water damage.
The current owners only have bill of sale which they received when they bought from previous owner. NO TITLE.....what is she worth?
I wanna make a reasonable offer.....but I think they are asking way too much and don't wanna get screwed. Thanks so much.
