Vintage Airstreams availalble, Garfield, AR

Returning from an Air Forums Rally in Northwest Arkansas on Sunday we passed by a business, apparently closed, with a for sale sign that had a half dozen vintage Airstreams in its yard. Name on the business "Hoss's RV Repair" 14644 East Highway 62, Garfield, AR. Searching the internet there are other locations for "Hoss's Mobile RV Repair" in adjacent Rogers, AR. We did not stop to inspect the trailers but they looked older and un-restored. Those looking for a project might find one.

I just called Hoss
( at 479-644-8167)
and he assured me he was still in business. He used to be on the opposite side of the highway. The building he was in got sold out from under him and he had to make a quick move across the highway. The building you saw is his new place. He has been renting that building temporarily, seeing if the location will work for him. He told me it works fine, and he's in the process of buying the place.

He assures me he has NO plans of going anywhere.

He works on any brand of RV, but his bread and butter is in Airstream renovations.

He is also skilled in Avion body work.

He's a very friendly guy!

Thanks PaulnGina. Good to know there is someone out there for Airstream renovation work. I might call to see if he offers polishing service.
