I would consider contacting a Nashville commercial real estate and/or business broker, who can help you sell [for a percentage of course]. Is the business itself still a going concern, and do you have your own liquor license, etc.? Or are you mainly interested in selling the trailer without any inventory/business assets? If the latter, you might want to think about lowering the asking price IMO. Sometimes a bird in the hand . . . depends on your plans and timing.
In addition to [or instead of?] Craigslist, folks here also seen to recommend RV Trader quite often FWIW.
PS - Are you willing to deliver the AS? Winter is not the best time to sell an RV, but Spring is just around the corner. If you can hold out until Summer, your chance of selling will keep going up IMO.
