Sorry for the confusion. The two pics are from the two separate auctions listed above. I just try to post the pic from each fraud auction to help identify them easier in the future.
And both auctions are gone now.

That is one of the best ebay ads ever. i can't believe he is bothering to say it is an airstream. Talk about a ground up restoration. Thanks for showing.

Well it really is "airstream" without the shell. It has that green feel to it. Maybe you can place your pup tent on it when you camp

And the buyer left positive feedback, too. I better bring out that bridge ownership certificate.

The buyer who paid $60.95 for the same thing (item #290200827501) also left positive feedback. It’s mighty generous to thank someone for ripping you off for more than $50!

I reported this one today. It's been removed from Toronto, Montreal and Edmonton. It still exists in Winnipeg.

Ah yes, the $5,600 Bambi routine. These people bug the heck out of me with their scams. One can only hope that some how, some where, they get it really good in the back end and that it hurts them forever. Yeah, I had a nasty pill tonight.
Good catch Tim.

maybe this isn't so much a scam but a really confused owner? Pic is of what I can figure from vintageairstream's archives as a 64 or earlier, but they claim the photos are of a 69, even after emailing for clarification. I see in the bottom row of photos, second over one of those D shaped wing windows exclusive to 69 but he claims that the trailer in all the photos is the 69.... Its not the 1974 parts trailer either.

The "deal" looks like he has a title for a 1969 trailer, so it's a 1969, no matter what year the trailer really is.

Looks like he's moving and needs to clear out the leftovers...
Airstream Trailer Refurbishing ReVitalized Trailers, Inc.
They've been mentioned here on the forums a few times before, and IIRC may have even posted? If my memory serves me correctly, it seems like he originated from northern Idaho. Looks like he's heading closer to home.
The auction is a little strange, because with his experience he should definitely know those are '64 or earlier. Chris is correct that the door-in-a-door ended in '64. Maybe Terry hit this one on the head -

Whatever the year(s) - they're not worth a 1/4 of what he's asking

Sorry about the confusion from this eBay ad. This is indeed a legit auction albeit not done correctly.
I am the owner of Revitalized Trailers.com. When I first started out in business my grandfather helped me get started. He had purchased many Airstreams for us to start out with for projects, parts etc. As of two years ago we decided to scale things down and now I run my own shop. After letting him know our plans to move he asked me if he could use my company eBay account to post some auctions and get rid of some of our unused Airstreams. My grandfather is the best person in the world I have ever known and a good business man but he knows very little about Airstreams. It was my part in the original business to “know” about the Airstreams. His was the “business” part.
He was the one that posted the auction. He used information from the title and records the past owners had given him when he listed the ad. I’ve become so booked up with polishing business I wasn’t able to post the ad myself and as I said my Grandfather doesn’t really know much about how to tell the difference between Airstream years.
It’s extremely obvious the “parts” trailer is not a 70’s model. The other Globetrotter is in my opinion a 62-63. After speaking with him about it he has concluded to leave it listed as a 69 due to the title being stated as so. If he does decide to re-list it I’ll try to get some time to revise the ad.
If you have any questions pleased feel free to drop me an email revitalizedtrailers@yahoo.com Again sorry for the confusion and the wall of text.
