AW... you know ... many 'justifications', no good reason or excuse... Everyone has their "feelings hurt"...

I have been insulted for holding doors open... But that's their problem. I just say, "I did it in memory of my deceased Mother.."

About your email.... The hardest thing to do is keep the information flow 'business'.. at least for me.. "shrewd" buyers "play the game".

So... In your next replies, state up front some words about :
"To screen buyers, I am replying this email without your requested information. Reply this email to receive requested info. Failure to reply will cause your email to be blocked."

Perhaps a small caveat, "I apologize in advance for this additional step, but the current 'environment' makes it necessary.. let's do our part to make a difference in THIS exchange. Courtesy will be met with courtesy."
