Classic -vs- Classic Limited
Hello, I have another question... What is the difference between a Classic and a Classic Limited?
Thank You (again)!

It depends a bit on the model year. There were some Limiteds in the early years that had special features.

Actually, there is no difference THIS year but in earlier years, there was. I was confused and asked the same question- go to this link:
http://www.airforums.com/forums/f366...ted-73434.html or do a search for classic limited. Good luck in your quest. We didn't go for the limited - we were looking for a lightly used model and found just what we were looking for in a 2006 Classic 31. We are in love with her, and can't imagine having anything else. Either classic or classic limited just feels like home....be sure to let us know what you get and post pictures.

Thank you for the link to all the interesting threads.
I should have said that we are currently looking at two 30' trailers. One is an '04 Classic with Slide-out. The other is an '05 Classic Limited (with the hickory cabinets - that look great in the pictures). They are both advertised at about the same price. We looked at the '04 today and it looks very nice with a few rock dings and light scratches. It has been towed each year to Arizona for a two to three month stay. It shows very little wear.
We hope to look at the other one this coming weekend. Currently, I am leaning to the '05 mostly because it is a year newer and has the nicer hickory cabinets.
Thanks again.

The awnings may be different, the 04 with solid blue and the 05 Limited with the striped awning or is it red? The 05 may have the disc brakes rather than the drum brakes. The Corian and interior colors and carpeting, vinyl and hardware, possibly the kitchen appliances will have a different look. Not sure if the AC is any different that varies with units more than model years. The hickory is very beautiful. Are the front stone guards the same height? My 04 are short ones but by 06 they are all taller. It may depend upon when in the production year the 04 and the 05 were made. There are transitions during the course of each year and some may include the next year model changes or the past year's for that matter. Post pictures!

Stone Guard Height
The front Stone Guards on the '04 and'05 trailers we are looking at are both the same height. And there are some rock dings above the guards on the '04 we looked at.

How about the vista view windows and sky lights? My 04 has no vista views but I believe in 05 they were brought back.

I have a 34' 2007 Classic I need to sell. Beautiful trailer. Low usage and kept indoors. Any suggestions on how to get started?

Take several good pictures inside and out and post an ad on our Classifieds section. Write up as much information as you can about the condition, care and usage history of the trailer.
You'll have to login again the first time you go to the Classifieds before it'll let you do anything but browse existing ads, but it's the same username and password you use for AIRForums.

Thank you. Will do that straight away. Any suggestions on establishing a fair price? I have the NADA pricing, but need to see other pricing. Thanks again for your help.
