Airstream Expert in San Gabriel, CA who can inspect a used 19'?

Hello,

I'm completely new to this forum as well as trailering. I've been researching for months now and know I want to a used 19'.

Lo and behold, I came across a 2008 International. I've spoken to Airstream of Los Angeles who has one onsite. It belonged to one owner, who according to the dealer, "never used it", original tires, comes with a 4 year warranty. I am not able to view it in person and wouldn't even know what to inspect anyway!
:-)

I would greatly appreciate any advice on this. And if there's someone who's willing to check this out for me, please let me know!

Thank you!

Just a note...I'd ask about the 4 year warranty, as units are typically only warrantied for 2 years by Airstream, starting when they are originally purchased.

Should have tires and battery's replaced if original. The LA dealership has been doing very well and I haven't heard anything bad yet. 2008 shouldn't have any issues none that would be visible anyway. Good ones go fast.

Another note it NEEDS new tires since you say they are original that means they are 5 years old and it's time for replacement.

We just purchased a 2007 Safari from a private party in LA and had difficulty finding an inspector (we are 900 miles away). We ended up paying for a complete inspection from Inland Valley RV Service in Ontario area and were pleased with the results. They conducted the inspection without bias and uncovered several items needing repair/replace.
