Altamont,
I started the following thread on the same auction...

http://www.airforums.com/forums/f161...bay-44587.html

I did not think my post would be so controversial. I will choose my threads more carefully the next time .

Glad to see this, it makes mine worth about $280k. For that, it's officially now FOR SALE!

eh?

good grief!

first time the new owner gets caught in a hail storm i bet he soils his shorts.

too much money for something that will only depreciate. anyway by the time you drive cross country all the fancy interior will be rattled loose.

Ahem...seems for that price it oughta come with a better bottle of wine!

I mean, I like Yellowtail and all...but...something like this would be more appropriate for that price!

Cool --- it just gave me an idea how to do my own curtains ... since mine are not original - and replacing the guide/rails right now is not top priority.

Errr - maybe this is original for 2002? But I think my 73 Overlander had guide rails with pleated curtains on tabs at top and bottom. This AS looks like it has cafe style rods holding them in place at top/bottom. Anyone know more about this?
