28' or 30' Some questions

Hello friends,

We sold our 27' 2013 International in 2017 after a one year, 35k mile full time trip, and are contemplating another purchase. We are in our 50's-60's and have some physical limitations. We travel with two large/medium dogs. This time around we will likely have a Nissan NV as a TV. We found the 2016 Ram 2500 was difficult for us to use outside of towing and we have some other uses for a passenger van.
My question is if we are spending 6 months of the year in the AS and would like the L shape layout of the sofas in the 28' or 30' is there much difference in the towing, backing up, getting into parks etc between the two? I ask because neither of us were very good at backing even after a year and 35k miles in our 27'. We don't want it to be anymore difficult than it was. We also don't want any less space.
I appreciate recommendations and opinions! Go!
