Compared to the $30,00 or so in time or money to re do the trailer I doubt if it makes much difference whether this is a "good" price or a "bad" price.
The better question is, to me, is the trailer decently restorable? Are all the windows and doors there and working? Is the frame repairable? Is the skin perfect or dented? Do you get a clean title? Each of these questions is worth about $3000 one way or the other.
Maybe just a long way of saying I do not know if the trailer you are looking at is worth $3000. My guess is yes, if you really want one to restore and the shell and frame are in decent condition. I doubt if you are going to find a whole lot of these, particularly in Canada.
