Totally unique Argosy/Airstream adaptation

The most original and unique adaptation or modification of an Airstream type trailer that I’ve ever seen is parked next to me at the Georgia Mountain Fairgrounds right now.

Big Ed Moller - from Walhalla, South Carolina- has built an extended frame version of a 26’ Argosy out of 2”x6” box steel. The original frame is merely bolted to the same width beefy extension.

The deck out front allows Ed to haul his electric scooter car with him, everywhere he goes.

Big Ed left the original tongue and receiver in place “just in case”. I’m guessing that any future owner might prefer the usefulness of Ed’s invention, rather than returning it to bland normalcy.

No more back-end draggin' on this trailer either!
