moped carriers

Hi,
I have not purchased my airstream yet but my question would be for the 25' and up size models. Has anyone attached a lift/carrier to the back of a trailer via a trailer hitch or directly to the trailer to transport a small 50cc motor scooter/moped? Pro's and cons to even doing this would also be appreciated.

Thanks
Scott

And adds weight behind the Airstream making it less controllable in a sway condition; the Owners Manual has a warning about this.

Not sure what the MoPed/carrier weighs, Airstream has an optional bike rack on back that allows 75# tight to the body shell, and is also attached to the body shell as well as the frame.

OK, a variant on the OP's question -- Those who carry bicycles in the trailer: How do you pad them and/or secure them so they don't beat up the interior?
