Better than the scrapyard . . and given wings to fly!

I'd like to see a fox or coon dig its' way into that one.

chickens?

So. why aren't the chickens pink? and why are their legs so short? and where are the flags? I just dunno why the "airstream liturgy" just doesn't seem to fit! I bet the mice are STILL right at home, though...

Now that's a FOWL use of an Airstream...

When we park in your neighborhood, at lease we'll have some really fresh eggs for the morning cookout - and probably an alarm cock-a-doodle-do as well!...

Ray...(over easy, please)...

Axles are for travel, this one needs cinder blocks.
The sad part is it looks better than mine
But, then again, it doesn't have the original tail lights so it may as well be retired from service, right?
My first vehicle was a '58 VW Transporter that had been a chicken coop for many years prior to being renovated, so this doesn't really bother me. It's just the current incarnation of this classic travel trailer and it's serving a good purpose(though not what some would consider good). I would bet the floor and axles are shot and the rodents have been in there for some time now, so in five or ten years, when someone sees this and buys it to make love to it(I mean renovate it), it probably wouldn't be much worse than it is now. The only thing that may deteriorate significantly is the frame and belly pan, which may be shot already as well.
Happy chickens make tasty eggs. I had 37 assorted fancy layers up until the beginning of last year but they didn't get to stay in the Safari.

Cheers,
Rich the Viking
