You can certainly get it back from Southampton or Zeebruge. RORO ferry is cheapest to Galveston.
BTW - memories of a very happy holiday out in Isle de Tavira and the Sunshine Bar, probably early 90s. Cool place.
You could probably get it back for about £3.5k. If it's in disrepair, you will obviously need to spend a fair amount to get her roadworthy again.
