Englishman needing help ?

Hi all from dear old blighty...

My good lady and I would appreciate any advice regarding buying Airstreams in the UK or shipping them in from the US without having to incur ridiculous tax duties !!!

Also any advice you 'wise ones' may have as to good and bad models would be fantastic ?

As we aren't related to the English royalty we haven't much money to spend ... but with the right advice and price hopefully we can bring a lil of your stunning trailer culture to the tired grey camping lands of England !!

Thanks for any advice that may follow,

Tim & Sonia

Welcome to the forum. Some of the issues involving the use of an Airstream in the UK were covered at http://www.airforums.com/forum...ad.php?t=16678
To put it succintly, I wouldn't bring my Airstream to England. If you wish further information, I'm in Cornwall, on phone 01822 832521. Good luck. Nick.
