You're probably well past warranty on that, manual says 2 yr warranty period.
I bought new foam and fabric from a local upholstery shop and went to an auto shop and had the Gaucho redone on my 72 TW. Cost about $225 for labor. When the ones in the Safari go I'll replace with leather to give that high end look.
We preferred a dinette. Out came the couch and the floppy table and in went the dinette. We can seat 4 for dinner and work at the computer without a visit to the chiropractor.
Google RV furniture and there are lots of choices for either couches or dinettes. The couch in our 25 Safari was a thing of ugliness the day it came out of the factory.
We found a couple of mid-century modern chairs from 1960's with natural latex foam. No sagging or compression of the foam and it was as soft as new. Not as stiff as plastic foam, but might be a better replacement for long-term durability. Also makes wonderful bed pillows and mattress toppers.
