A couple questions for you, as I'd like to add birch to my interior as well.....

1. Why did you notch the black paper? You lost me in that explanation.
2. Did you overlap sheets and rivet to each other? Or did you rivet to something behind it?

Somewhere in this thread you talked about site lines and this directly affected me not putting back up all my overhead cabinets. I get comments all the time about how much larger it looks on the inside based on people's preconceived notions based on the trailer size. And I always credit this thread.

Hi Everyone! I've been out of sight for a few years working on a house in New Orleans. I still live in this airstream at least part the year, it's held up well thought it definitely has some patina after traveling around the country so much.

I've worked on some other projects that I've detailed here on the forum, mainly this little "Viewpod". I've been driving it around for about 10 years now and it might be time for it to find a new home! Let me know if you have any friends that need a tiny (the tiniest?) airstream. It's about 1800lbs so in range of most vehicles that can tow.
