Winegard Pathway X2
I'm wondering if anyone else has had issues with this unit?
I bought mine @ 5 months ago and it has been nothing but a royal PITA. This thing loses the signal 3-4 times/week. I turned the TV on tonight and was watching CNN, then switched to ESPN and boom, NO SIGNAL. I tried entering various commands on the remote, but no deal. I reset the receiver (argh) and now it has been bouncing around with the reset. Went through the entire check switch status, and just started that process over again. When (and if) it ever finalizes this routine, it then has to go through the signal acquisition, then download the guide. In all it takes ~ 20 minutes.
Just went back to the check switch status page AGAIN!!
I very much despise this POS and would warn others that it is extremely problematic and unreliable. On top of that, this thing IS NOT supported by Dish - it's a third party - and if you run into issues on the weekend, you are SOL as the third party support is closed on the weekends!
