We couldn't find this vehicle code when pairing the Smart system
Hello everyone,
I got this "We couldn't find this vehicle" every time when trying to configure the smart system for my brand new pottery barn edition. I have activated the Airstream Connected service via ATT.
And I have reported the issue to Airstream Customer Service. They asked me to bring the trailer to a dealer and have them to remove the Czone panel for me. Because they need the number behind the panel in order to do a reset.
I'm in the middle of my trip and getting an appointment from the dealer can be tough these days. I'm wondering is this the only way to fix it? Also the Czone panel number, is there no other way to get this number? Many Thanks!
