Post We couldn't find this vehicle code when pairing the Smart system

Hello everyone,

I got this "We couldn't find this vehicle" every time when trying to configure the smart system for my brand new pottery barn edition. I have activated the Airstream Connected service via ATT.

And I have reported the issue to Airstream Customer Service. They asked me to bring the trailer to a dealer and have them to remove the Czone panel for me. Because they need the number behind the panel in order to do a reset.

I'm in the middle of my trip and getting an appointment from the dealer can be tough these days. I'm wondering is this the only way to fix it? Also the Czone panel number, is there no other way to get this number? Many Thanks!

Ok, reached out to customer service and finally got it fixed. They have to manually provision the system on their end. Probably forgot to do so in the factory.

Airstream pushed out an update for the Smart system last week. They update broke lots of things and the entire system is still not up and running as of yesterday.

Yea, I won’t be able to connect to the trailer remotely since yesterday
