Rear bed TV mount on 2017 25 foot flying cloud

The tv seem to be locked in place I can't swivel in it out if the bracket I've tried pulling down in the strap any suggestions?

Make sure you're pulling straight down. The strap connects to a pin on a spring. The pin simply engages a hole in the arm.
You should feel the strap move about 1/4".
If you get it loose, try a dab of grease on the pin.
